NOVOFLEX Q=BASE
Automatic quick release
Photographers and video filmers are enthusiastic about NOVOFLEX‘s Q=BASE quick-release connection system.
There is no faster or safer way of mounting and dismounting cameras from a ball head.
The Q=BASE system was designed with special emphasis on easy handling and compact dimensions.
The Q=BASE automatically clamps and secures the camera plate, which is then fixed with a simple turn of a ring.
There is also a safety pin function to prevent the NOVOFLEX mounting plate from slipping out accidentally.
The Q=BASE also takes most profile mounting plates from third-party manufacturers (Arca Swiss system such as Kirk, Wimberley, Really Right Stuff etc.); however, the safety pin function works only with original NOVOFLEX plates.

Q=PLATES are available in different lengths, with one or more anti-twist screws and special plates for video cameras and medium format cameras.
These Q=PLATES use the special safety pin of the Q=BASE to prevent the plates from slipping out of the base accidentally.
